Mounds of trash piled on porch and in yard
Mounds of trash piled on porch and in yard
Lot of trash in backyard and driveway
The trash in the trashcans are not being collected regularly in the Trades District, especially in front of Bailey Weiler. Soma is scheduled to open soon which will exacerbate this problem.
Both bins are overturned and spilling out trash, including a large headboard, onto street, environment, and fire department property. Tenants seem to have vacated. I believe Sarge is that property's manager, and the owner probably also owns Riverway Plumbing. Thanks. I know it's the cheap neighborhood, but geez.
Human waste piling up. Lots of trash left for months. Behind the building is a mess from roofers including nails. Ally way retaining wall by 2nd street is falling into the ally.
Trash and old furniture in dumpster area behind building 568 and by garage 1. While here, go around and check dumpsters throughout this complex. This problem occurs all the time and management fails to see that this needs to be addressed. Some tenants here are unwilling to dispose of trash properly and it's horrible that they're allowed to get by with trashing the property. Decent tenants are forced to live with this. Also, the board fences around the property have been broken off for months, most likely due to vandalism. It seems there are no plans to repair these eyesores.
The address listed above is approximate. The location is behind (west) of the Convention Center and the Bline trail and east of Madison St. on the North side of Third Street. There large pile of trash is located next to the tree line.
Resident called and said 923 E Hunter Ave is storing their trash/recycle cans at the street.
Trash cans left on side of road after pickup. Does this reporting work? I've been reporting this issue at this address for 5 straight weeks and nothing has been done about it. They refuse to move the cans away from the street. This is a lousy system.
This property has a trash can overflowing days past trash pickup day. This morning a lot of loose trash had blown into neighboring yards
