Looks like her dogs have gotten into the trash, she also just leaves the trash cans on the sidewalk. The trash has been there since Friday April 10,2026. It started at the other side now it’s where it’s shown in the picture.
Neighbor continues to let trash and debris lay in his yard; now, instead of being all over the porch and inside, it’s now just sitting there way out in the open. The person he has working on this doesn’t seem to be doing a lot but sitting in his car and playing on his phone. I know because I was at home all day long and barely saw him in or around the house.

My trash receptacle is cracked on the side. I tried to tape it but it is not holding. Seems like the truck sets is back down on the sidewalk pretty hard at times.
This house has been emptied for at least four years. There are signs of a camp developing in the backside. This is a blight issue. There has been very little yard maintenance performed over the last several years. It is difficult to find ownership of this place to determine who is responsible for the property.
Noodles on furniture and ground
Excessive trash on property that can be seen from the highway, and is blowing onto adjacent commercial properties. Indications of unhoused population living in area and defecating.
A lot of trash between wooden sidewalk and 2nd St., just east of Rose Avenue. Photo is looking east, but not much trash is visible in it.
