trash problem at 3095 s walnut st pike bloomington.
This summer-vacated rental property has approx 70-80 bags
of trash and old furniture left in yard and **piled up behind
garage** along our property line #3051. Wild animals are foraging and dragging this smelly trash across our yard.
Property manager Pendragon Properties refuses to respond to
email or vmail complaints over last month.
Can city please inspect and address? ok to enter and view from our yard/fenceline at 3051 s walnut st pike. This is a sanitation hazard and general delapidation may encourage crime.
Thank you.

Scotty's Appliances at 3901 S Walnut St is storing dozens of refrigerators in front of the building on Walnut St. I believe this is a code violation and also a serious endangerment to children that might climb inside and suffocate. I'd like them to remove the refrigerators from the Walnut St frontage and secure them in an enclosed fenced storage area. See the attached pictures.

Student roommates at 707 S Clifton repeatedly do not put their trash out - and when they do, after multiple weeks, it is not in keeping with the city's rules: overflowing cans spilling out, other containers not acceptable for pickup (are there even trash stickers affixed to the cans?). This is our second complaint.
We have spoken with two of the tenants now, one of whom said he'd "get to it in a couple of days" and one of whom blamed his roommates for not taking care of the problem (he's on our side; he keeps telling them....). Attached are pictures from today, Easter Sunday April 16. This trash has been sitting for weeks, not put out for pickup. Perhaps it will be dealt with, for tomorrow morning. But I'm not holding my breath.
