There has been trash from a previous tenant outside of this vacant apartment and a couch at the front of this property for over a month. All of this was left at the front of the property and the landlord had it moved to the back. Trash and debris have been blowing from this pile of litter.

My neighbors consistently have their trash and recycling bins kept at the curb. They do not bring them back towards the house at all. There is a cluster of about 4-6 bins that are always on the street. Right now several are knocked over and trash is being strewn around. Please enforce that they need to bring their bins off the curb.

(see photo) THIS is the yard at 913 W. 11th Street. The owner uses this house for storage and seems to think this neighborhood deserves no better than this heap. The front porch is just as bad. This is more than unsightly. This is a health and safety hazard - there are several children living right next door. PLEASE get this taken care of for the sake of everyone. I will also be contacting Kate Rosenbarger about this.

Trash/Illegal Dumping - 913 West 11th Street. This house is unoccupied. Paths into the backyard are clear and worn indicating fresh traffic into the yard. Look at photo. I believe that the trash may be being dumped there.

729 N. Lindbergh While it is very nice that the property owner has cleared the property of the invasive and such, they have left piles of tires and other trash found in the weeds piled in the middle of the lot. I have been waiting for them to haul it off, but after months, they haven't. Could you give them a little inspiration to remove this stuff, please?
