Case Date:
9/18/2019

Hello, I live at 4217 E Morningside Dr. This morning was our pickup and when I went to wheel my can away the right wheel is very loose. Still on but wobbly. I then noticed a divot in my grass right where the can was. Looks like the can return was a little too forceful! Not sure what the next steps are. Pic included. Dean Barrett dbbarret@iu.edu

Vehicle has been abandoned in front of apartment front door for over 3 months now. It does not run and they have left it piled to the ceiling with garbage. The owners do not reside here and it poses a health hazard as well as obstructing parking and access in and out of apartment that has no other entrance or exit.
