I place a dirty furnace filter on top of my bagged trash in my trash cart. The trash collector looked in my cart and left my trash without emptying my container. I realize trash is to be bagged, but what an environmental waste to make me place a furnace filter in a bag!

the trash and recycling receptacles have been on the sidewalk for 5 days. The yard is full of trash. There is pool that is full of standing water that has been there for about a month. There is busted indoor furniture in the yard. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure I saw a rat near the foundation yesterday.

Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans.
