We have the former resident's waste receptacles on our property that we'd like to have picked up. We ordered the larger ones when we moved in. the former resident had two of the smaller ones, and they are stored outside the garage. Would you kindly schedule a pick-up for the unneeded containers?

This morning when I went out to gather up my carts I noticed that the bar that goes across the middle of the front of my small trash cart was only in one hole. The bar fell completely off completely as I pulled the cart up the driveway. I assume that bar is essential for emptying the cart. Do you have any advice about how I can get the bar to fit back in both holes? At the moment it’s in one hole and angled up at about a 30 degree angle, which doesn’t seem very useful. Just out of curiosity, what is the expected life-span of the carts? They are already starting to look beat up. My recycling cart has a piece missing on the corner of the lid. This ticket was closed even though my trash was never picked up. Apparently you went to 2530 for some reason. My address is as listed 2521 N. Fritz Drive. I own this property and I noticed that one of the wheels on my trash container is broken and I need it replaced!

Our wheel fell off of our trash bin and it broke the plastic piece and it wont come back on. So i was wondering do we get a replacement or do we just fix it our selves?

Hi, to clarify the previous ticket since I don't know how to respond back on the ticket, the trash people have not been picking up our trash for the past two weeks. I am aware that it is our trash can but I want to see why the trash isn't getting picked up.

Our trash hasn't been picked up for the past two weeks even though we have left it by the curb both times. Our recycling has been accessed and picked up however.
