There was a pretty severe car wreck from a car that left Dunn St and ended up in our back yard. A lot of bulky debris remains that won't fit in our trash can. How do you suggest we get it removed? It's close the storm drain.
Every day after trash and recycling pick-up, there are pieces of trash and recycling all over the road, sidewalk, and yard.
Please put more trash cans in front of our building. I am the director at 234 N. Morton at the Kadampa Meditation Center. We used to have trash cans in front and at the corners. No longer since the renovation of the corner of 7th and Morton st. Please add this to your budget as I am continually picking up trash. Especially in front of the bagel shop. It would help! Following up on case #171495, which had been closed. However, my Christmas tree remains curbside and has yet to be picked up.
The trash/recycling crew left most all cans thrown off the sidewalk, into the road on their sides today. This is not normally the case, and it was absolutely NOT weather related. The trucks woke me up three times today. And then I find my trash can only half emptied, with one bag still in it. Either the trucks are malfunctioning, or someone was in a bit of a hurry to get done with the route.
Trash can set down in middle of driveway, trash can dumped over in middle of road. This happens more often than not.
I just started renting here and both my trash and recycling containers are broken on top. The lids. So the recycling especially get wet when it rains. Can I get new lids or totes since I just started my own service here?

Hi, The trash collector seemed to be in a hurry today and there were 5 trashcans on their sides in our neighborhood...ours was one of them. We have asked you kindly to please not dump our trashcans on their sides while picking up the trash. They damage the trashcans as well as the driveway that we spent $1600 to black top. We find it very disrespectful of the trash collector to just throw around our trashcans after picking up the trash when he could so easily gently put them down so they stand up if he would slow down a little while doing his job. We have video cameras on our property and this gets caught on our video cameras. Do we need to start fining the city each time they damage our trashcan and driveway by throwing the trashcans on their side in our driveway? It is frustrating when we pay so much in property and city taxes to have our property damaged by the city.
