The resident at 2231 is not removing their bloomington trash containers from the street. they use 4-6 containers and they keep them on the street during the entire week. this was already reported as per below. Good Morning. I submitted a service request & two follow-ups on 7/27/22. They were assigned #180780, #180783 & #180788. Just now, I received notices regarding all three - they were passed along to a number of people but, today, they were closed indicating that you were "unable to locate" the problems. I drove by there this morning, 8/8/22 before 8:00 a.m., and the soggy, nasty pile of a chair was still in the sidewalk. If you can't do anything about the tree, okay. But, seriously? This pile in the sidewalk wasn't found? The 1200 block of South Madison on the eastside sidewalk is an actual location. Very disappointed that this was passed through so many people & it took so much time to come to this conclusion! Is this not the method to report issues? Martha Selk

I hesitated pursuing the first three requests (180780, 180783 & 180788) after hearing that there was nothing that could be done but am glad that I did - it just took getting the request to the right person!
