Good Afternoon. I hope that someone in your department can check into this issue. In the 1200 block of South Madison Street, the westside sidewalk is blocked by what used to be (I assume) a sofa and a downed tree. The sofa has been there for a couple of weeks & the tree came down this past weekend. I live in the 1400 block and drive past it daily so I, and I'm sure the rest of my neighbors, would truly appreciate it if these problems could be taken care of. Thank you so much! Hi I can’t live like this anymore. Either Oaklawn Park needs to cap the percentage of rentals or Tempo needs to do their job. This is 3rd world country living

An anonymous complainant alerted the Solid Waste District about "illegal dumping" of ash wood, as well as concrete and trash at this location. We did a quick inspection and found wood and other materials piled on the ground at the property. Additionally there is a trailer that appears to contain household waste, and there is trash around one of the buildings (on Allen Street side).
