I left my old trashcans on the curb yesterday for them to be taken away. They took my old recycle containers but did not take my old trashcans.

There is a new garbage can and new recycling can that were delivered WEEKS ago that are sitting on the handicap sidewalk ramp. The garbage cans don't belong to the house (the garbage cans are on the side of the house---they don't belong to that house). Please can someone remove these cans---they don't belong to anyone and are blocking the sidewalk for kids walking to school.

Hello, For the past two weeks, we've had our old trash can out with our new carts on our trash day but it has not been picked up. The website says we have until 10/19 for these to be picked up, and ours is still out on our curb (our trash day is Monday). Please advise on what we should do to get rid of our old trash can. All My garbage was not picked up today. Only the bag on the top. This is not packed hard and should have dumped easily.

Trash not completely picked up. It looks like they barely tipped my trash can because the heavy trash bag in the bottom did not come out. And it's the bag that will get stinky before next week. Since I pay for the service I expect that it be done properly. My address is 401 North Sheffield drive and the trash is still by the curb. I'm attaching a picture of the contents that are left.

Recently, when the trash collectors empty the trash from our trashcans they have been leaving the lid on the can open. invariably in will rain and require us to empty the can before putting it away. I've lived here 5 years and this has never happened. Our guys always do a great job collecting the trash. I think a new guy perhaps wasn't trained properly.

I filed a request for an extra Friday trash pickup using the website. No one picked up the trash. We now have a full can and our pickup isn't until Thursday. I'd like someone to come pick it up today. You should also fix that request system so it works as well as calling. Thanks.

the on street city trash receptacle has disappeared. two weeks ago it was there, now its not. on walnut between kirkwood and 4th street, near the north side of the alley. approximately in front of pili's deli.
