Trash from dumpster and donations left are littered throughout property and along Diamond Ave., W. Cottage Grove, Morevac Way and B-Line trail. The dumpster needs to be removed, contained or relocated. If the sources of litter are better managed the city wouldn’t appear so trashy. Homeowners and businesses need to be held accountable for the trash in our city generated from their properties. We should strive to do better. Maybe the next administration will take charge and help us get back to the beautiful Bloomington we used to have.

Trash and recycle cans have not been moved from the curb for about 3 weeks. There also is a pile of sticks and branches next to them that has been sitting there for weeks. It won't be picked up because it is not a bound bundle, or in a bag/container. Repeat offenders:

I'm checking in on this case because the broken furniture is still on the side of this house.i know you have followed up several times with this house and I very much appreciate your efforts. It just seems that this landlord/tenant is not responding.
