An anonymous complainant alerted the Solid Waste District about "illegal dumping" of ash wood, as well as concrete and trash at this location. We did a quick inspection and found wood and other materials piled on the ground at the property. Additionally there is a trailer that appears to contain household waste, and there is trash around one of the buildings (on Allen Street side). It’s bad enough we have to pass a dumpster with the trash everywhere but in the dumpster at 1450 Willis Dr. It’s downright disrespectful to break glass outside my van tires and not even knock to let me know before I drive over it. I have it on camera the sanitation department just leaving broken glass on the ground around the back tires of my van. We pay way to much in taxes and rent to live in filth. It’s appalling that nothing gets done. I am considering showing the news the dumpster at 1450 and the trash riddled around 1600 n Willis if we can’t do better. Just bc we’re in a poor community doesn’t mean we deserve to live in garbage.

For last three weeks, a lot of trash & glass has been thrown in rain channel running along sidewalk in fron of the house on corner of N Dunn & 20th, blue siding. We are just down from it & with rain coming some is going to be washed down, not sure about all the glass. Tried to inform rental agency, no reply.

Neighbors leave their trash bins at the curb all the time, continuously. They never bring them in, and will often leave recyclables next to them so they blow away everywhere.

I work at Wininger Construction at 1605 S Walnut. Neighbor two houses south has lots of trash in back, including stolen shopping carts. Also, due to the amount of foot traffic into that home, I suspect potential drug activity. You may use the Wininger parking lot in back, to view the trash at that house. (Enter our parking lot from Southern Drive. Our office driveway on Walnut is very steep). We reported this house a year or so ago, and I think these are different tenants, but the trash is piling up again. Not a good first impression on folks patronizing our business, and appears to be a health hazard for the neighborhood. Thank you for your consideration.

Recieved an email saying there WAS NO ISSUE AT THIS TIME. BULLSHIT, DID YOU EVEN LOOK? I am looking at literally PILES of garbage on their back porch, and loose bags of garbage in their front yard next to their city refuse cans. FINE THEM. THEY ARE ALWAYS DOING THIS, THAT IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. I LITERALLY PICK THEIR GARBAGE OUT OF MY YARD EVERY DAY.

These vagrants are filling the yard with tons of trash, the street has trash in it, a car is almost in the road, it is extremely unsightly.
