Broken table (long, white, bent) sat in yard for months. A few weeks ago it was pushed over onto the sidewalk and it is still there.

The occupants of this house stand in the doorway smoking cigarettes and when they are done they throw them into the street. I have seen this many times and they take no caution about any pedestrians who are walking on a sidewalk right into the path of a flying lit cigarette. I do not feel comfortable approaching these people. Thank you for checking on this ongoing littering problem.

This time I have included a photo. This is how the sidewalk and gutter has been since I moved here a year ago. Disgusting. Note the cigarettes on the sidewalk as those are the ones thrown from the door with complete disregard for people walking in the public right of way. Previous Ureport is #175706. Two trash bins and a recycle were in front of my house blocking the sidewalk this morning (Wednesday). The bins are not mine. I moved them in front of 717 S. Park because I'm guessing that they belong there, but I'm not sure. The residents left town Sunday, our pickup day was Monday.
