This is a student rental house, and the students have gone for the semester (I think.). Would you call the owner and let them know about animals are getting into the trash – I don’t have their contact information.

Hey just wondering why our trash hasn't been picked up?
Front porch and back yard have a lot of cans, bottles, boxes, indoor furniture and other debris.
the trash and recycling receptacles have been on the sidewalk for 5 days. The yard is full of trash. There is pool that is full of standing water that has been there for about a month. There is busted indoor furniture in the yard. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure I saw a rat near the foundation yesterday.
We haven't had a dumpster since Friday... Garbage is piling up at 809 s henderson apartment bldg. pavilion is the mgmt co, called twice and no one gets back to me... Rats and possems don't seem to minds however...
3 requests to have this trash removed last week are unanswered. Now that people see all this shit, they are dumping their own shot to the pile. If it's not windy, it smells and is attracting possums and rats. HELP!!!
Trash was not picked up along maxwell today. I will leave the trash can out for now.
For the past two weeks our trash and recycle have not been picked up, but our neighbors have. We have paid our bill and we have followed all of the rules listed on your website. The only problem I can see is perhaps the trash and recycle cans were too close to each other, but they had been moved (over 4 feet apart from each other) prior to this Monday morning pick up. We would like our things to be taken, and if possible before the next weekly pick up. Thank you!
There has been garbage out in front of this house visible from the street for about a month. A neighbor has already picked up garbage that was strewn by a raccoon.
