Open sanitation bins - 1 trash, 3 recycling bins that are overflowing - sitting next to house located at 310 N. Dunn St in alley that runs between E. 8th St & 7th St. Never taken out - it's a problem every summer. Not sure if anyone is living at the home. But, it has become a big issue. Would someone please take a look at the situation.

On this block we put our trash out this morning as usual, and it hasn't been picked up. I thought there might be a heat-related delay but don't see any announcement of that.
There is a ton of trash on the porch of this house. Looks like no one actually lives there. Can the City require that it be cleaned up?
