Hi! The trash can we are renting from the coty seems to have a hole somewhere, because many flies and other bugs have taken it over and are breeding inside it. Please replace it asap. Thank you!! Daniel

We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. Dumpster by garage 1 and dumpster to the side of building 568 are overflowing. Trash, furniture and all kinds of debris. The areas have been bad for at least 3 days. 540 S. Basswood is address for manager's office.

Excessive trash, used needles outside house, likely drug-related activity going on, random people coming and going at all hours, people who are coming and going from this house regularly yelling threatening things at people who are just walking by minding their own business

At the cross street of Diamond St and Moravec Way there is a ditch with a fence railing that is full of all kinds of clothing and trash and garbage flowing into the ditch drain. Most of it has probably come from dumpster divers behind the Opportunity House and the trashmound keeps growing. I believe this is on city property and it is along the sidewalk next to the B line trail. It is a mess that keeps getting worse. Bags of garbage and belongings are also littered along the beeline trail along the Moravec Way Trail crossing.
