Dear HAND. The house on the corner of Atwater and High Street (316) has several large bags with trash on the front porch. They have been there for weeks. This is a citizen complaint e-mail: Please, have someone go to 607 S. Eastside Drive. There is trash in an overflowing can and a bag next to the can that has been ripped open. Whatever action you take, must not deter the people who live there because this is not the first time I have complained about this house.
