The house at 1817 E. 2nd St. has allowed newspapers to accumulate in front of the front door.

The resident is piling yard waste at the front corner of their lot for the past 6 months. It may be on City ROW. It is very unsightly. The caller has talked to them about the mess but to no avail. Please see attached e-mail.

Ms. Cobine stated that her neighbor's property that adjoins the back of her property has a very large brush pile measuring 7 feet high and 25 feet long. She also states that skunks and rats have made this pile their home.
Trash in yard and blowing into neighbors yard. He has to pick it up daily.
There is a large dumpster behind the house that appears to be full and it has been there for several months. There is also a large brush pile along the alley.

THIS REPORT CAME THRU OMBUDSMAN: WHILE WALKING DOG, DOG WENT INTO THE GULLY NEXT TO THE BANK BETWEEN SARAGA ORIENTAL MARKET AND COLLEGE MALL ROAD AND GOT INTO SOME FISH PARTS THAT ARE DUMPED IN THE GULLY. SUSPECTS SARAGA IS DUMPING. WOULD LIKE THIS INVESTIGATED AND SARAGA INFORMED NOT TO DUMP, IF THEY ARE DOING THIS.
