Dave Rollo owns 1919 e Maxwell, his tenants complained to him about large pile of trash at 1915. His tenants have begun to have rodent problems. Mr. Rollo Spoke to the tenants of 1915 last week and the trash is still there this week.

Mr. Greenfield called to state that The Blue Bird's trash containers do not have lids and trash is all over the alleyway. He also states that employees sometimes do not put trash in containers they just dump it in the alley way. The house beside 1807 E. Hyde Park Circle has built several large wood pile fences. There are stumps in the yard that need to be moved. The resident at 1807 moved the stumps once however, the neighbor moved them back again.
