A citizen called in to report that there are at least 20 bags of trash in the yard at 816 S. Larkspur Lane. The citizen also stated that they have been throwing there bags of trash in the yard for months.

CARS AND TRASH IN YARD
Dumpster is not in the containment area. Tenants are throwing trash into the containment area and it looks nasty.
The citizens who lived at 821 W. Ralston Dr. moved and left trash by the mail box with out tags. They also have not mowed the yard. The caller also stated that there are weeds growing out of the guttering.
