Man called who lives at 613 E 12th St, says he walks in neighborhood and several undergrad homes along 11th near Park Ave extending to 12th St (near corner of Park & 11th) have trash on porch and in rear of home often, saw 2 giant rats last night, very concerned!!!

House is located two houses north of 920 Westhill and it's on the north side of the road. They keep leaving their empty trash and recycling bins out on their yard instead of bringing them up to the house.
On the NW side of Pinestone & Thornton (on the north side of the house) there is garbage piled up as well as broken furniture. This is possibly over occupied. Caller stated that it was a rental.
This is the house just East of the corner of Adams and W. Kirkwood. There is a lot of trash out that will soon become a very big mess.
