Picked up all recycle but didn't pick up garbage. This is the second time that they didn't pick it up. If the resident is doing something wrong she would like to know. Because there were no tag on it.

Trash on side yard, septic backing up, the person living there (Wayne Worrell) is making it a terrible situation. His neighbor is the one who made the complaint because he's trying to sell his house.
Resident has rotten lumber/junk in the side yard and against the fence.
The property has an on-call trash dumpster. The dumpster is always over flowing and it is now getting into the neighbors yard. The dumpster is never empty. (work with Robert on this)
Citizen's are throwing trash beside the dumpster at the above property. The dumpster is in the driveway .
