So much junk on the front porch the mailman couldn't get to the mailbox; trash and junk in the front and back yard; resident keeps a utility trailer parked on the street in front of possibly 501 E University; instead of in front of his own home.
Trash sitting out without stickers for more than a week. The house west of 425 E. University has ground cover that has grown over the sidewalk.

Mr. Fratianni states that he has complained numerous time about the tenants at this address not putting out the trash. There are 10 to 15 bags of trash piled up againist the back door of this house. Mr. Fratianni stated that this is a fire hazard. Animals are ripping open the bags. Mr Fratianni stated that he called about this last week.
