After the inspector left the property the tenants put the trash in the yard again and added three more bags.

Mr. Baird reports that J-Max trash service empties the dumpster at 16th and Walnut improperly and trash is scattered all over the road and in front of his house. Air Quality Travel has the dumpster. Mr. Baird would like to be contacted with status of his complaint since this is an ongoing problem with J-Max.
