Trash in front of the garage. The garage is rented by someone other than the tenant in 301 E. University. The tenant actually filed the complaint on her own property.

Received email from the planning dept. The uncontainered trash bags around the back wall of 809 S. Fess are an increasing nuisance on our block. When I complain to the students, they clean up the alley a bit but do not put out their trash weekly. The raccoons, rats, ect. get into it and carry bits of garbage around the back alley, where my toddler and I like to walk. This week is a typical example of what is lying around back there.
