Contrary to what HAND might think, this issue has not been resolved. 700 Eastside Drive, corner of Eastside and University. These 2 cans have been sitting in the same place for over a month now. Yesterday we had pick-up, nothing moved.Trash is sitting around the open can (again). Do we need to have a rat infestation before these cans are emptied? I also speak for my neighbors. Thank you.

Please refer to case #162913 regarding the man at house #2501 8th St. The trash problem has gotten worse in the past two months, and it looks like his car has had multiple fender-benders. Is there a way to get him some help?
