105 E. Driscoll lots of trash of the yard around the house, safety hazards

On the property known as Shamrock Pointe, there are 2 trash dumpsters. Both of them are overflowing and there is several days of trash piled in front of one of them. It appears that the trash company has not came for some time to dempty the dumpsters. Can you please investigate to find out why there is no required pickup occuring.

The dumpster behind the Japanese Restaurant at 8th & Walnut Street is overflowing. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Trash is blowing everywhere and there are dead rats laying around.

"Grazie" side alley, overflowing trash and loose trash all over. The smell is horrible.
