Dave Rollo owns 1919 e Maxwell, his tenants complained to him about large pile of trash at 1915. His tenants have begun to have rodent problems. Mr. Rollo Spoke to the tenants of 1915 last week and the trash is still there this week.

He also states that employees sometimes do not put trash in containers they just dump it in the alley way.
