Trash piling up in back yard. Has not been picked up, and is blowing into other yards. Can be seen from the alley.

They mow the front, but there is trash and dead trees in the yard and garden hoses lying on top of the house that I am told have been there for over five years. The entirety of the side of the home facing us is covered with vines, including the windows and the vines are beginning to grow onto the roof. We have an amazing quantity of skunks here, which may be because they raise bees, and I have heard they are building chicken coops.

The dumpster behind the Japanese Restaurant at 8th & Walnut Street is overflowing. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Trash is blowing everywhere and there are dead rats laying around.
