Trash piled up against west side of building in full view of Runcible Spoon customers and staff. This is a recurring problem. Also, junk and broken furniture in the front yard, and couches *still* on porches after multiple reports this year.

20+ garbage bags on the side porch attracting animals and dozens of beer cans in the front yard
Please let the residents know to take in their trash cans in and the proper location for the trash bins to be. They are renters and may not be aware of the rules. Thank you.
There is trash thrown all about the property including broken lumber. It is an eyesore to this neighborhood.
Residents are putting items out for collection in a manner that the City will not accept. I have reached out the landlord and two of the tenants to provide info on collection policies and the problem is still happening.
