Once again after the crew had been advised not to collect trash on Kinser Pike between 7:30 and 8:00 am, they did it again this morning. There is no way to pass and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to reach 46 and Kinser when collection is taking place at this time. There is no other route out of our four additions except for Kinser.
304 Hopewell. There are bicycle parts, engines and transmissions, oils on city street (Habitat St.) Behind the house there is an air conditioner and a host of things not intended for outdoor use. Please get on this.
420 Eastside Drive: trash on porch and in front of garage door.

A discarded tire is on City property at the east end of Habitat. An old rug and some plastic bags were tossed into my yard from his side. The loose trash along Habitat is still there. Repeat offender: trash in yard next to trash can, 1709 Circle Drive (at least I think that is called Circle Drive, otherwise it is Southdowns, hard to tell which street this house is in). It is close to the corner of Eastside Drive.
This address continues to put recycle in bags and its trash so we left it again.
3508 Park Lane. Resident appears to be running a junk yard business in his front and side yards. Walking by this eyesore is most displeasing. I am sure the residents of other homes on that street are very disturbed by the messy, nasty look of this.
Pinehurst Drive trash was not picked up today on Thursday, 3/14. Recycling came per usual, but the entire block still has full trash cans out front.
Trash, recycling, broken appliances etc. everywhere.
