trash lined up along side of house,in front of garage, possible over-occupancy (believes 6 guys living there). Possible unregistered rental

Tenant says parking lot and grassy areas have trash scattered all over. Large chunks glass from a broken window in front of units 5,6, 13 & 14. Much is now covered by snow, but can see glass if you get out of vehicle (be careful where you park). Tenant reported problem to landlord, but he said it is not his problem.
