Regarding the new trash pickup system, what payment arrangements will be in effect for a resident like me who travels a lot for business? I am out of Bloomington for at least 4 months of the year, when I will have no trash for pickup. MMcG
I live at 608 South Washington. The property just to the south of me has had a large pile of trash sitting out front for several weeks now. It was tagged for non-collection. The parties responsible simply didn't do anything with it afterward. Thank you.
