In the Summit Pointe Apartment complex, outside 653 E Alpine Trl, there is a large dumpster sitting across from residential units in the parking lot. It is left overflowing for weeks at a time, constantly. When it is emptied, it is filled to the brim within a day and left to sit for another couple of weeks. It is being used for bulk dumping of mattresses and furniture. If Summit Pointe is within their rights to do this, then I will stop reporting it. However, I don't see how a container of garbage this full, all the time, right across from residences, is not a sanitary hazard. I would appreciate closure on this issue. Thank you.

Trash is being left behind after pick up in our street, yard and even in our driveway. They use the arm and don't bother picking up what is left behind that didn't make it into the truck.

Re: Closed case #209706 This case was opened by myself regarding trash cans that needed to be removed from the rear of this property. On April 9th, the case was closed, with the pick up of these cans seeming to have been scheduled. However, weeks later, the cans are still there, and some trash has even fallen over off of them during recent bad weather. Maybe they were not scheduled to be picked up until later this month, but the issue is unfortunately getting worse ... and more gross. Please contact me with any questions, thank you.
