I submitted a uReport on 6/16 asking that our trash be picked up with this week (week of 6/17) since our house was skipped last week (the week of 6/10). uReport #188966. I received an email at 6:51am on 6/17 requesting I put my trash out and that a truck was being sent. I did put my trash out, but it was not picked up. I assume I didn't get it out fast enough. This issue was listed as "resolved" and was closed by the City. The issue was not resolved and shouldn't have been closed. Again, I am asking someone to confirm that our house will not be skipped again this week. Trash pick up is Wednesdays for this neighborhood. Can someone confirm that our house won't be skipped again? Thank you.

The lid to my gray trash bin has been holding on by one hinge for months. It is now gone for good. Can it be replaced> Bin number 7171668

trash strewn through the neighborhood from 608 thru 616 S Eagleson, all properties over grown, not mowed in while
