Clarification for case #199848: We believe the report was meant for 415 E. 10th. The people involved with the demolition are *very* amateurish - blocking traffic by running out in the street, and the bucket used to tear down the building almost fell over a couple times. hould have been done more systematic so that some of the materials could have been saved. Nick's Pub owner, Greg Rago, called in with a complaint of a dumpster that is not being emptied in a timely manner. It currently is filled so high that it is to Nick's second story. He stated that this is not a snow issue, that it is a common occurrence. The owner and property management of the building have been notified numerous times and are refusing to do anything about it. He says that the issue stems from apartment residents or guests parking in front of this dumpster making it impossible for their sanitation company to empty the dumpster. When we went to bring our trash and recycling bins back to the house this morning, the wheel was broken off of the recycling bin. Do we have to buy a replacement? If so, how much? Thank you!
