White frame house 1400 block W. 6th St. - corner of W. 6th St. & Hopwell - house is vacant and scheduled for demolition. House is open & not boarded up. Neighborhood children have been observed entering house. Trash and weeds are on property. Owner - Renaissance Rentals.

Huge open hole next to the foundation on the east side of the house. Has existed for 4 or 5 yrs . If a child fell in the hole it would not be able to get out.

Tim concerned that a closet built into a new home at this location was projecting too close to Clark St. I have tape-measured the approximate distance and believe ti meets the setbacks for the zone. It does not seem to meet the 30 fet shown on the plans. I have told him this, but he wanted it filed. See me. Tom Micuda
