Puts trash at end of alley on Prospect Street along with several other neighbors. Says cans and lids were on their sides and scattered all over, same with recycling bins. He was one of the major opponents of the Prospect Hill alley closings and we promised this would not happen. Bloomington Health & Fitness Club has a large Rottweiler allowed to run loose in facility that defecates everywhere and leaves dog hair everywhere. Also, there are apartments upstairs that complaintant thinks owners try to hide. Said they have a child care facility inside building and that beer is handed out on Sunday's. Said she's heard joking about electrical situation in building that may be dangerous. Complaintant is a member who wishes to remain anonymous.
