Trash is piled up in black bags in the back yard of 102 S. Hillsdale. The neighbor stated that they do not put the trash out for pick up and that the trash has attracted mice to the neighborhood.

Tree was cut down quite a while ago. The branches were never removed. There is a very large pile off limbs left in the front yard.
