Neighbor called says that the tenants at this property have left the trash out for several weeks. They do not put stickers on it and it just sits there and piles up. Some of the trash has been spread over the yard.

faxed ddh/missed pick-up/trash: new resident - put trash at curb last night - not picked up this am. he didn't know if he was doing anything wrong or if he needs to put it out on Tamarron Dr.

Empty since July; trash all over. Water message on door notes water usage went from 1,000 gal to 8,000 gal.

Ms. Cobine stated that her neighbor's property that adjoins the back of her property has a very large brush pile measuring 7 feet high and 25 feet long. She also states that skunks and rats have made this pile their home.
