This renter had these piled up attracting mice when there is already a rodent poison battle going on - this is a wildlife area an owl could be poisoned by dead mouse - now he is blocking the sidewalk a federal violation. I would have taken a pic of the plates for you, but it's a string of cars that park there and the car behind this one is literally pushed up against the other car, so the plate cannot be seen. This apartment complex does nothing about abandoned cars. There's several around the complex that have been sat for years, including directly in front of the management office. Several are leaking oil, fuel, and other contaminants into waterways.
A beige colored vehicle has been parked on the corner of Morningside and Saratoga for several days. It doesn't have a license plate.
Blue Honda CRV hasn't moved in months. I haven't seen the owner of the vehicle in months as well.
