Other: This renter had these piled up attracting mice when there is already a rodent poison battle going on - this is a wildlife area an owl could be poisoned by dead mouse - now he is blocking the sidewalk a federal violation. I DO NOT want Oaklawn HOA knowing I reported this. You need to get with your web department when I post a photo it does not load the image
