I'm trying to pay my water bill, and keep getting this error: Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".
<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->
<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>
Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.
<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->
<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>
This has been going on for a week. I guess I'll just call in to pay it tomorrow.

There is a bad link on the http://bloomington.in.gov/bike page. Clicking on the "Bike Counts" redirects to http://bloomington.in.govbike_counts which does not work. If you try to go directly to http://bloomington.in.gov/bike_counts it does work.

I work with a DISH Network retailer that provides TV and Internet service for Bloomington residents, and I noticed that your "Video Service Providers" page lists DIRECTV and other providers but not DISH. (http://bloomington.in.gov/videoservices)
Please consider adding DISH to your list of resources — it would help give new residents a more comprehensive view of available services, as well as help them to make informed choices.
The addition under "Contacting Local Video Service Providers" would be fairly simple:
DISH Network
