I'm trying to pay my water bill, and keep getting this error: Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. Tried to search Municipal Code site No go! was hunting the 'snow removal' ordinance. Error page follows: "City of Bloomington Municiple Codes ERROR opening the Index - contact sysadmin! Error message: directory '/var/www/sites/code/index' does not exist Powered by Apache Lucene" There you go, Please fix this! cheers . . .

There is a bad link on the http://bloomington.in.gov/bike page. Clicking on the "Bike Counts" redirects to http://bloomington.in.govbike_counts which does not work. If you try to go directly to http://bloomington.in.gov/bike_counts it does work.
