Hi, My name is Bjorn and I am contacting you on behalf of Mesothelioma Help Now. We have recently launched a new website dedicated to educating patients and families about mesothelioma, a deadly cancer caused by asbestos. Not only does our website serve as a resource, but we also have a downloadable booklet for patients and caregivers to print and keep as a reference. It is available for immediate download, opposed to waiting for something in the mail as other websites do. For the people who need it, time is of the essence. I hope our website resource will be considered by your team and deemed helpful to your audience so it may be added to your Helpful Information resource page. The more people we can get in front of, the better chance we all have to educate the public and raise awareness! Would it be ok for me to pass along the website for you to review? We value feedback and would love to know what you think. Thanks so much for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you! Warm Regards, Bjorn

Hello, My name is Harris Bell, and I was wondering how to get the water utilities back in my name via your website for 1709 East Atwater. We had subletters move out of our place and need to make sure to maintain the property. When you get the chance I would love to get your help to restore payments for the house. Thanks, Harris

I have been trying to send my payment online for several days and it always says I must input my full name when I have already done so. Then I can go no further.

I wanted to report a pothole, so I first looked under "Streets", but there was no place there for potholes. I then looked under "Hazards", but there wasn't a place there either. I finally found it under "Most Popular". It's OK to put things under "Most Popular", but they also should be under the category that they logically fit under.
