When the Utilities website was reworked why did they do away with me being able to see ALL of my houses bills on ONE page instead of having to log in to each one seperately?
This is Very time consuming and I thought that it was suposed to make EASIER to use>

The Resource Guide at http://bloomington.in.gov/media/media/application/pdf/4244.pdf has an outdated website for Centerstone, and it no longer redirects. It should be www.centerstone.org, not www.the-center.org. The Quick Guide has the correct address. Could you please pass this on to the appropriate party or let me know who I need to contact? Thanks.

I cannot find a job listings page that actually lists jobs anywhere on your website. Where is it?

I tried to find a simple listing of fire station locations in Bloomington, from your own fire department web site, and just gave up. I'm sure it's embedded somewhere underneath all the other information, without a good link, but why have you hidden things? Also, look at the following misinformation about the fire department from a related website - they don't even know where Bloomington is located! "he City of Bloomington is located 55 miles south-southeast of Indianapolis along IN-37 and is home to Indiana University." That's from http://www.indianafiretrucks.com/pages/monroe/bloomington_2-3.html. Ouch!

To whom it may concern:
I was at the website for sustainability and water barrels, here:
http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=5952
There is a paragraph, "A typical rain barrel is a drum with 50-60 gallons of capacity. In Bloomington, you can buy a rain barrel from Earth Care, the Monroe County Soil & Water Conservation District and others. Or, you can build your own! Download our step-by-step instructionshere (DOC 368.00 KB)."
Unfortunately the link to the "Monroe County Soil & Water Conservation District" seems to go to a New York page! I doubt this is intentional?
Please let me know. The 2013 fee schedule says $45 for a rain barrel, which I might be interested in if I can really pick one up in Bloomington IN.
Thank you!
Sincerely,
Jacob Neumann

Hi,
I’m emailing you because I recently came across the Utilities section of the "About Bloomington" page on your website (http://bloomington.in.gov/about-bloomington) and thought it offered up some helpful information.
I noticed that you link to several internet, phone and TV providers under the “utilities” section, so I wanted to let you know of a helpful resource. Allconnect is a free online service that helps people find utilities, like internet and TV at their exact address. All users have to do is plug in their address and they can find, compare and order their services online instead of having to call each provider individually. We were also recently named one of the top three customer service companies in the nation: http://www.allconnect.com/pdfs/pressCenter/PR-2016-06-Allconnect-2015-ACSI-Score.pdf .
I think this would be a helpful resource for residents who want to find internet and cable providers at their exact address. Here’s the link if you want to add it as a resource on your site: https://www.allconnect.com/
Hope this helps! Let me know if there is someone else I should contact about this.
Kristen

Dead link http://www.co.monroe.in.us/voterregistration/index.htm

Also: Not so easy to find your contact page. Why not have it at bottom of each page?
