When attempting to submit an application for a R/W Permit I received the attached error message.
When attempting to submit an application for a R/W Permit I received the attached error message.
the uReport website is not submitting my reports. After I hit the submit button, the webpage moves onto step 4 and says "processing your service request" and this step never completes. I don't get an email saying my report was submitting, and my reports don't show up in the online record of submitted reports.
uReport won't submit any ticket I submit that has a photo attached. It stays on Step 4 indefinitely, saying that it is submitting my ticket but never fully submitting it. When I remove the attached photo and resubmit, the uReport immediately submits and I get an email confirming the ticket was submitted.
I'm having issues with the UReport website wherein my attempts to submit forms for excessive growth have been unsuccessful. I have been able to reach step 3, but then get hit with a message that says something along the lines of "form processing" or "form submitting." A look at recently submitted reports finds no record of my attempts to submit. It's possible the issue is with my laptop/internet but I'm more inclined to blame the UReport website for these issues.
I have been trying to report a broken traffic light at E 3rd and Woodlawn but the ureport never submits on the website. So I'm trying this.
Broken pedestrian traffic light. (I tried submitting with a photo, but it never went through.)
Your u report not working
How can I see what the status of certain cases us. For instance: what is the status of case #188394 (May 12, 'Pressure Washing' sign on pole at 2001 S Rogers)? On May 30 it still was there. Since you are no longer sending out conformation emails with a link to the specific case, I cannot follow up myself, as I used to do. Thank you.
