This ureport page is not mobile friendly. Attempted to submit a report from a pixel2/chrome, but could not scroll the page to reach the submit button. Was attempting to submit an Street sign issue.

Please look into the timing/operation of the traffic signal at Walnut and Smith, next to the Project School. It operates on the weekend, and cars must wait on Walnut even though there is no traffic on Smith. Thank you.
