I'm trying to pay my water bill, and keep getting this error: Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. Hello! Was poking around the site, and noticed a couple of problems: 1) The Police Department's sub-site has a link (in its 'Information for Police Department' list) for something called "UCR Crime Statistics". The URL for this is set to http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=689 . However, loading that just leads to a blank page within the City site's theme/framework. 2)The Police Department's article "What to do if stopped by a police officer" (http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=912 ) has a typo. An instance of the word 'enforcement' is spelled as 'enforecement'. Down in the "SOME THINGS TO REMEMBER" section. Thank you for looking into these!

A Rules of the Road Question: Are cyclists allowed to pull to the right of your automobile at a red light and then pull into the intersection ahead of your automobile? I am particularly concerned when I want to turn right. Additionally, I am concerned when I can see a cyclist approaching from the rear in my right side mirror. Thanks!
