Hello,
I have a couple of questions I would like to see if you can address. First, there are two Lime scooters at the corner of Orris and Monroe that have been there for 4 days. Is it possible to have these impounded? They are an eye sore and blocking the sidewalk.
Next, will the orange fence around the vacant lot at the corner of 14th and Monroe be removed anytime soon? This is also an eyesore. I am asking only because it makes this part of town look messy and I do not think it deserves that reputation. Thank you for your time.

TV news says you are still trying to track red vehicle, but their video shows the license plate#. Isn't that enough info to find the party's involved?

I have previously described this issue of dead trees in the front yard of a rental property at 526 E. University, and I would like to know when I might expect an answer to my concern. Thank you.

The council map has no information on it; it's just a regular map without color-coded districts or anything. https://bloomington.in.gov/interactive/maps/councilmap
The link to the "map letter" pdf is broken or just doesn't display the map. https://data.bloomington.in.gov/dataset/city-council-district-maps

When trying to use the Bloomington uReport mobile app (iOS), attempting to report a streetlight outage, the app says to report it to Duke Energy at "www.duke-energy.com/lightre..." and then cuts off. I had to google search instead to find where to submit a report to Duke.
Also, it shouldn't matter whether Duke maintains the streetlights or not. Constituents should be able to report a streetlight being out to the City, and then the City takes care of reporting it to Duke.

On the updated parksmart page: "The first three hours of parking are free in the following locations: Walnut Street Garage, Fourth Street Garage, 4th and Washington Lot, 6th and Lincoln Lot, 3rd and Washington Lot". The garage listings in the next section do not reflect this and just give hourly rates. Please clarify on this page which is correct - whether the first 3 hours are free or not, as it will help residents and visitors decide where to park for planned trips to downtown. Thank you!
